Smoking

Smoking... Urgh. I've always hated it, what is the point in wrecking yours and others lifes just for the pleasure of it?

Thing is, some people think it's cool. Oh, look at me holding my cigarette, aren't I cool? You want the honest answer? No. You're not cool at all.
And it's getting worse, you've got people at the age of 13 smoking, so as to show off to their mates.

Of course these people know it's bad for them, you spend hours every day in school, learning about the risks of smoking. So unless you don't go to school/are home educated then you know the damage it's going to do to you? So why do people smoke then?

Well as you should know they get addicted, just a few cigarettes and you're hooked. Damn, nicotine. Now, it's your choice whether you smoke or not. If you want to smoke you go smoke, but if you're going to ruin your life by smoking, then purlease don't do it in public.

Thankfully laws are being passed these days which means people aren't supposed to be smoking those damn things in public any more. Because I and many others don't want to be covered in your smoke and come out of public places smelling like an ash tray, thank you very much. But it's not just that, it's the fact that if you live with someone who smokes/go in/near places where there is a lot of smoke often; then their's more chance that you get affected by it.

More and more people (especially children) are affected by smoking every day- some suffer from asthma because of it. Some go as far as being diagnosed with cancer or something similar. Now as mentioned before it's your life and your choice as to whether you wish you shorten your life due to smoking, but that doesn't mean you have to make other people suffer.

If you're going to smoke, keep the smoking to your own house. If you live with others who dislike smoking/children then go outside somewhere and keep your smoke away from them for goodness sake.

Anyway, that's the end of my rant todayy and i'm gonna be totally un angsty (for a change) and post the short story I just wrote for Sara, whilst she was gone for tea. It's kinda silleh though, y'see. xP

And so begins the story of Sara's epic tea; once upon a time there was a girl called Sara. She was 13 years old and Welsh. Sara lived in, surprisingly enough- Wales.
One day Sara was called down for tea; Brb, Tea =] she said to her friends and down she went to tea. But when she got there, their was no tea on the table! Instead there was a cup of coffee! Sara screamed and ran from her house at once, for their must be an intruder- she was never given coffee! Sara ran as fast as she could, she was scared there was a thief chasing her! She heard footsteps behind her and screamed once more, throwing herself into the nearest bush so that the follower wouldnt' see her, she then sat and thought of how to escape this ghastly situation. Sara sat in this bush for over 4 hours, stiff and as still as a statue, until she felt a hard kick on her head.
"OWWWWWWW" Sara screamed
She clambered out of the bush, panicking, her left hand clutching onto her wounded head, and there to her surprise was someone she slightly, recognised.
"Hey Sara" the girl said. "What have you been playing at, 4 hours ago you were running and screaming all round the estate and now I find you hiding in a bush..."
"Who are you?" Sara asked, as if she hadn't heard the girls speech.
"Rawr." The girl exclaimed.
"=O" gasped Sara.
Suddenly it all made sense.
"It was you who left the coffee!" She cried.
The girl nodded and together they jogged back to Sara's house to drink some tea. =]
Oh and they all lived happily ever after. xD

Bare in mind it was made up quickly on the spot and about Sara's epic tea. xP
